Beezy Pro — Business & Instagram Automation Guidelines

These rules define responsible business practices and ethical automation for merchants using Beezy Pro and connected Meta accounts. Our goal is to ensure fairness, honesty, safety, and respect in digital commerce.

1. General Business Rules

  • Merchants must provide accurate information about their identity, products, and prices.
  • Products must be authentic and delivered in the promised condition and timeframe.
  • Misleading descriptions, inflated prices, or fake scarcity tactics are not allowed.
  • Communication with clients must remain respectful and free from offensive, abusive, or manipulative content.
  • Refund and return policies must be clear, fair, and consistent with local regulations.
  • All transactions should comply with applicable trade, tax, and consumer laws.

2. Prohibited and Restricted Products

Beezy Pro merchants are prohibited from offering, promoting, or automating messages related to the following:

  • Alcohol, tobacco, or gambling-related products.
  • Narcotics, drugs, or related accessories.
  • Medical or pharmaceutical items requiring a license.
  • Weapons, explosives, or self-defense devices.
  • Adult or explicit materials, services, or imagery.
  • Human or animal exploitation in any form.
  • Hate, discrimination, or content promoting violence.
  • Fraudulent investment schemes, lotteries, or get-rich promotions.
  • Counterfeit, stolen, or copyright-infringing products.
  • Items harmful to health, community values, or public order.

Beezy Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

3. Instagram Automation Policy

  • Automations must only respond to genuine customer inquiries on connected business pages.
  • Messages should remain polite, relevant, and in line with the merchant’s real offers.
  • Mass messaging, spam, or unsolicited promotions are not permitted.
  • Automation flows must not pressure users into purchases or collect unnecessary personal data.
  • Merchants are fully responsible for the messages and actions performed on their behalf through Beezy Pro.
  • Any automation that may harm users, spread false information, or violate platform policies is strictly forbidden.

AI responses must reflect honesty and helpfulness. Merchants are accountable for the ethical use of automation.

4. Ethical Commerce Principles

  • Profit should be earned through fair value exchange — not deception or exploitation.
  • Respect the dignity, privacy, and trust of every customer.
  • Ensure that promotions and discounts are genuine and transparent.
  • Avoid dealing in products or services that harm individuals, families, or society.
  • Do not encourage extravagance, addiction, or immoral behavior.

These principles guide Beezy Pro’s approach to digital trade and community responsibility.

5. Account Responsibility & Enforcement

  • Each merchant is responsible for all content, data, and automation performed via their Beezy Pro account.
  • Beezy Pro may review, limit, or suspend access for repeated or serious violations.
  • We cooperate with Meta Platforms, Inc. to maintain compliance with their policies and data standards.
  • Merchants can request data deletion or export anytime via legal@beezy.pro.
