This Security & Data Use statement explains how OSON Technologies, Inc. protects data processed through Beezy Pro, and what rights and safeguards apply to our clients and their customers.

1. Security Practices
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest for supported systems.
- Role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege.
- Multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts.

- Regular security reviews, monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.
2. Data Minimization & Retention
- We collect only the information necessary to provide Beezy Pro services.
- Business and customer data are retained as long as required to provide services and meet legal obligations, then securely deleted or anonymized.
3. Third-Party Providers
We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, payments, and analytics. Each provider is contractually bound to process data securely and only for the intended purpose.
4. Customer Controls
- Admins can revoke social integrations and manage user access at any time.
- Clients can request export or deletion of their data by contacting privacy@beezy.pro.
- Customers have rights under applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to access, correct, or delete personal data, exercised through their business provider or directly with us.
5. Compliance & Legal
- We comply with U.S. privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Where applicable, we align with international standards such as the GDPR for data subject rights and safeguards.
- If data is transferred internationally, we apply safeguards permitted by law.
6. Incident Response
If a security incident involving personal data occurs, we will investigate promptly, mitigate impact, and notify affected clients and regulators as required by applicable law.
