Beezy Pro, a product of OSON Technologies, Inc., helps merchants manage products, inventory, orders, customers, and AI‑powered messaging across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram. We access and process Meta Platform Data only to provide these services on behalf of our clients.

How we use Meta Platform Data

We use Platform Data solely to provide Beezy Pro services to our clients. Access is permission‑based, limited to necessary scopes, logged, and can be revoked any time by the client.

Examples of data we access

  • Basic account/profile information needed to connect a client’s business account.
  • Messages and comments addressed to the client’s business to enable AI auto‑replies and inbox routing.
  • Catalog and product fields the client chooses to sync (e.g., title, price, availability).

Examples of actions we perform on behalf of clients

  • Send automated replies and order confirmations as configured by the client.
  • Update product availability shown to customers.

We do not sell Platform Data and we do not use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Client onboarding flow

  1. Create a Beezy Pro account.
  2. Connect Instagram / WhatsApp via secure login and grant requested permissions.
  3. Configure AI reply flows and catalog sync.
  4. Start serving customers. Revoke access any time in Beezy Pro or Meta settings.

Security & Compliance

  • Data minimization and role‑based access control.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Audit logs for integration scopes and actions.
  • Data export/deletion upon client request.
