1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your contact and billing details up to date.

2) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive activities.
• Respect third‑party platform rules (e.g., Meta, Telegram) and applicable laws when connecting your accounts.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.

3) Subscriptions & Payments

• Fees are billed per your selected plan; taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers; receipts may be issued electronically.
• Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

4) Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. When you connect social accounts, you instruct us to access and process data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell personal information.

5) Platform Data & Third‑Party Rules

• You agree to comply with third‑party terms (e.g., Meta’s Platform Terms and community guidelines) and only request permissions necessary for your use.
• You may not use Platform Data for advertising or unrelated purposes unless expressly permitted by the platform and our agreement.

6) Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights in the Service, software, and documentation.
• You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to operate the Service.

7) Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risks to the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity).

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OSON Technologies, Inc., its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in New York City, New York, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11) Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
